Hi, I’m Aliya — a systems thinker, brand builder, and someone who’s learned by doing.
I didn’t have a dream job. I had 4 of them — at the same time.
Because when you grow up watching money disappear faster than time, you don’t wait around for perfect plans. You just start.
I taught myself marketing. Worked multiple side gigs. And slowly began helping businesses that looked a lot like mine: Ambitious. Underfunded. Overwhelmed.
Building Egara
Then came Egara Digital — a sibling-run experiment that turned into a real business.Nofunding. No pitch decks. Just strategy and grit.We didn’t call it an agency at first. We just wanted to help good people grow.And somehow — that mindset built trust, clients, and systems.
Along the way, I found my pattern: People didn’t need more tactics. They needed a system.
That’s where my obsession with calm, scalable execution began.

- And track growth without messy spreadsheets

When I’m not working, I’m still building something.
- Filmmaking — because stories deserve their own space
- Learning Mandarin — slowly, stubbornly
- Writing — when there’s too much in my head
- Thinking about how to create systems that protect peace
I like small mornings. Big notebooks. And honest conversations.
